We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you find yourself not entirely content or if you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to return any item in its original, unworn condition for a refund within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

For further instructions on returns, please reach out to us at sales@lawung.ca. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund.

Regarding late returns, your purchase must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this timeframe may be considered at the discretion of Lawung Canada. When trying on items, please handle them with care, as all products must be returned in new and unused condition with all Lawn garment tags still attached.

For faulty goods, items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you can initiate a return by emailing sales@lawung.ca and sending the faulty goods back to us.
